Not all care is the same. All our Care Partners receive ongoing training and support, ensuring everyones individual needs are met. All of our customers have their own Occupational Therapist, to ensure you are receiving the most tailored individual care plan possible. Regardless of what your presentation might be, from dual diagnosis, to neurological impairments, from falls to fractures, our staff will receive the training they need to support you at every stage of your journey
Empathy
Our aim is to ensure you feel you're working with a Care Partner who understands you, your wants and needs. From simple decision to what you would like to wear today and eat for lunch to ensuring personal hygiene activities are handled sensitively. We respect both you and your personal space and home the same way we would want it handled for us or our relatives. Empathy is a skill we promote at the heart of Sunday Care Therapy in every circumstance.
